    Payouts

    How payouts work

Plain English, split by who's being paid — independent Advisors and organizations with a Partner Workspace are paid on different bases and different schedules. The complete terms are in your Advisor agreement.

    Independent Advisors

If you make introductions on your own, not through an organization's workspace.

    Advisor Free

A 40% one-time share of the eligible revenue Rinvii actually receives and clears, for each qualifying closed Vendor service attributed to your introduction — one payout per close, with no monthly cap on owner-confirmed introductions. Earnings vary by close and are not guaranteed; full terms are in your Advisor agreement.

    Advisor Pro

40% to 50% of the eligible revenue Rinvii receives and clears for a qualifying introduction, by your active Advisor Pro tier, for up to twelve months from the first funds received. The rate schedule: Advisor Pro 40% at 0–9 lifetime qualifying funded closes · Pro Silver 45% at 10–29 · Pro Gold 50% at 30 or more. Your tier is earned on your lifetime count of qualifying funded closes — closes where the vendor service closed and Rinvii received and cleared the funds — not on your subscription; subscribing to Advisor Pro does not by itself place you in Pro Silver or Pro Gold. There is no minimum or guaranteed amount per close — your payout is the applicable percentage of the eligible revenue Rinvii receives, and nothing else. These rates apply to qualifying closes from September 2, 2026; earlier awards keep the terms they were granted under, and each close remains subject to the Vendor partnership terms for that deal. Twelve months is a maximum, not a term — a Vendor that pays once creates one payout. Whether an introduction carries Free or Advisor Pro terms is decided when the business owner confirms it, and those terms stay with that introduction. Introductions confirmed while you're on Advisor Pro keep their Pro terms after your subscription ends. Introductions confirmed after paid access ends follow Free terms. Earnings vary by account and are not guaranteed; full terms are in your Advisor agreement.

    When Advisors get paid

Advisor payouts run twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th. Eligible payouts accrue between runs and go out on the next run date, always after the Vendor's funds have been received and cleared.

Your name stays on the introduction

Payouts are tied to your introduction from first hello to close. If a close ever can't be cleanly attributed, it's held for human review rather than guessed.

    Organizations

If your team introduces through a Partner Workspace.

    Rinvii pays the organization

For introductions sourced through a Partner Workspace, Rinvii pays the organization — not individual team members. How your organization recognizes or compensates the person who made an introduction is entirely your decision, and Rinvii doesn't administer it.

Your rate comes from your agreement

The applicable rate and how long it runs are set in your signed agreement, and revenue share applies only where that agreement says it does. Amounts vary and are not guaranteed.

    When organizations get paid

On the schedule in your signed agreement — not the Advisor 1st-and-15th run. Calculations use qualifying commission Rinvii has actually received and cleared.

    Common requirements

These apply to everyone, in this order.

What has to be true, in order

    1) The business owner confirms. 2) A qualifying service closes. 3) Rinvii receives the applicable funds. 4) Those funds clear. 5) Payout onboarding is complete — for Advisors that means identity and tax verification through our payments partner, Stripe. 6) The payout enters the applicable Advisor schedule or organization agreement schedule.

    Funds-first, always

Rinvii only pays out money it has already received. Nothing is scheduled on an expected payment, an invoice, or a signed contract — only on funds received and cleared.

    What can affect eligibility

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate submissions, and self-referred activity can adjust, hold, or reverse a payout. Full terms are in your Advisor agreement.

Nothing on this page is a promise of how much you will earn. Advisor amounts depend on which introductions close and what Rinvii actually receives; organization amounts are set by the signed agreement. Payouts can be adjusted, held, or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or invalid or duplicate submissions. Full terms are in your Advisor agreement.
